Surelock have for many years carried out safety audits on light and heavy goods vehicles for a number of our clients. These involve our operatives stopping vehicles at hundreds of company sites throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland and checking that loads are properly secured, load documentation is correct, vehicle logbooks are up to date, full personal protection equipment is being carried and the requisite courses have been attended by drivers. Photographic evidence of non-compliances is provided. Audits for heavy goods vehicles include additional checks to ensure that the both company and contract drivers are following site regulations and that lifting operations are being carried out in a safe manner following company procedures.

Results of audits are reported to clients individually for each driver/vehicle and collectively on a monthly basis so that the data can be analysed for trends.
