ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the content (“the Website”) you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein and you accept our privacy policy. If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement you should not use any of the services on the Website and leave immediately.

Our Commitment

We endeavour to ensure that all our clients have complete satisfaction with the service provided by Surelock. It should, however, be understood that all instructions are accepted on the following conditions:

Instructions

You can telephone or email your instructions through to our office 01252 747791 or email info@surelock.org

Acceptance of the instructions (contract) and terms and rates of payment must be agreed by email.

Cancellation of Instructions/Returns

If you wish to change or cancel your instructions you should telephone or email us immediately. We will endeavour to act on your request but you will be liable for any part of the work which has already begun. In the case of surveillance unless 24 hours cancellation is given you may be liable for the time which has already been agreed. Upon cancellation we will return your money within 30 days of the cancellation.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Online

We accept payment through RBS WorldPay. We operate a secure site for your transaction.

Cheque

We accept payment by cheque made out to “Surelock Asset Management Ltd “ or “Surelock International Ltd”. If in doubt please confirm with our office which company you need to make your cheque payable to. You should be aware that until we have confirmation that your cheque has cleared we will not begin work on your instructions.

Bacs

Payment can be made by Bacs – please confirm details with the office. You should be aware that until we have confirmation of your payment we will not begin work on your instructions.

For all the above payments should you require an invoice please provide an address for the invoice to be sent to. The invoice can be sent by email but the client must still provide us with an address to include on the invoice.

Invoice

Payment can be by invoice strictly within 28 days of the invoice date – for this method of payment agreement must be made though our office.

VAT

Our prices exclude VAT - if you are within the United Kingdom VAT will be added to your sub-total.

Delivery

We can send reports on completion of instruction by email and/or by Royal Mail. Please ensure at time of booking that we have the correct email address / delivery address and by which method you would like to receive your report.

Please allow 7 working days for delivery unless otherwise stated. Evidence on DVD may take a little longer. Please contact the office for any further information. Reports are despatched by First Class Royal Mail for which no additional charge is made. Please state if you prefer Royal Mail Special delivery or courier for which a charge may be made.

If there is a delay in providing your service or supplying your report then we will contact you.
