Surelock are engaged in carrying out a great deal of surveillance of all types
Domestic / Cheating Partner Surveillance
This week we are going to look at Cheating Partner Surveillance and how you can substantiate your worst fears.
We have been doing this type of work for over 25 years and we have nationwide dedicated experienced teams drawn from the police and military services who have a wealth of knowledge gained from their professional careers able to give the best evidence, for personal use or legal actions.
With cheating partner surveillance, we would aim to substantiate a relationship or cohabitation, this can be a one-night stand, long term relationship or we have established a complete parallel family set-up.
The work usually starts with a call from a nervous member of the public who explains they suspect their partner of infidelity; it is not always the man who is suspected!
Can you track their mobile phone?
Can you monitor their messages?
Can you put a tracker on their car? – the answers are no we cannot, this is not ethical and sometime could be illegal!
We do utilise the use of trackers on some surveillance operations as an extension to the actual physical surveillance, usually where criminality is concerned, but not for domestic matters.
There is only one way to legally find out if your partner is cheating on you and that is by professional surveillance – The camera never lies; every picture tells a story.
So the first thing we do is to have a chat with them and establish why they have these fears, sometimes they ask us to carry out a week’s surveillance, and we explain “You cannot make surveillance happen, it has to be intelligence lead” we are not the type of company that just wants the instruction and take money, we always want to give the best possible service and a week’s surveillance would be very costly.
After having a chat many have the courage to go ahead. It is sad to say that over 95% of the domestic surveillance cases we have dealt with, the client’s worst fears are usually correct, and this is nearly always established on the very first day.
The information we need is a full description of the person, photograph if possible and details of any vehicle they use, plus of course the address and in particular the day or event when the client is most suspicious about.
We would conduct a short period of surveillance utilising at least a three-man team, that means we literally follow them around all day and see where they go and who they meet, video record and gather all the intelligence, supplying the client with a detailed log of events with selected photos, evidencing where they went and who they met, which can be used in any legal proceedings. We also where possible keep the client updated of the movements at the time by WhatsApp messages and can supply an unedited recording.
All our surveillance is legal, conducted in a public place and in accordance with the guidelines mentioned in the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (RIPA) - https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/regulation-of-investigatory-powers-act-2000-ripa/regulation-of-investigatory-powers-act-2000-ripa
On average the costs of a three-man team for an 8-hour day would be approximately £1800 plus travel expenses and VAT. We do not believe in one-man surveillance, which we consider unprofessional, and use a three-man team so we can give the very best service and obtain the evidence the client needs, without compromise.
If you have these fears do not hesitate to contact us, we will discuss all the options, so you know the costs and exactly what is involved.
You will be in safe hands, so if you have a need for this professional service, please contact us https://www.surelock.org/contact-us or give us a call on 0333 6000 300
