What is surveillance
The covert observation or monitoring of a person by whatever means; for the purpose of a specific investigation or specific operation to lawfully gather intelligence / evidence, for crime, information or intelligence. Basically, following someone around to see what they get up to, without being identified.
It can be on foot, by car or bike, on public transport and to be legal always in a public place, so what you can see with the naked eye is legal.
We would covertly record all movements and supply a detailed evidence log of events with selected images; an unedited recording is always available.
We are asked to carry out surveillance for businesses, law firms, insurance companies and private individuals, sometimes just for one day and other times for weeks.
One thing for certain, surveillance is not like you see on TV, it is hard work and often long hours to provide the clients with the evidence they need, that is why we are so proud of the surveillance teams we use.
Different Types of Surveillance services.
Domestic
which often includes what is commonly known as “cheating partners”, can provide evidence required to assist clients and their legal cases where instigated.
Sadly, in our experience, in over 90% of the cases referred to us, the clients' worst fears are usually proven to be true. In one particular case, we followed the wife of our client and on the very first day, she drove to a hotel met a man in the bar and then went to a room for just over an hour, when leaving they went to the car park and then started to perform in the back of the mans Volvo estate, all recorded.

Initial enquiries.
A great deal of our surveillance work starts with a call from a nervous member of the public who explains they suspect their partner of infidelity, or a business who has never used surveillance services before.
How much does surveillance cost?
Can you track their mobile phone?
Can you monitor their messages?
Can you put a tracker on their car?
There is only one way to legally find out what you suspect and that is by professional surveillance – The camera never lies; every picture tells a story. Vehicle trackers do have their use, but should only be used to assist with the actual surveillance.
We are often asked about one-man surveillance, we would never deploy one man for surveillance, in our opinion this is unsafe, not professional and in a city not practical, we would initially recommend a three-man surveillance team that should cover every eventually, but on occasions when the assignment requires, we can supply much larger teams.
We discuss the potential operation fully, firstly to ensure the client is aware of the costs, then to ensure what the client is asking for is legal, that we have all the information required to commence the surveillance and most importantly what they actually want to achieve.
What intelligence / evidence do we supply.
All our surveillance is covertly recorded, we supply a detailed log of events that show the movements with selected images, people they meet, times and places, we can also supply an edited copy of this recording. Our evidence can be used in any legal proceedings and the operatives attend court on your behalf. We keep our clients fully informed of our findings as they happen, often sending images by WhatsApp to confirm we are following the right person.
What are the costs of Surveillance?
We work strictly to an hourly rate, our costs are £60 per hour per operative, plus travel, mileage and necessary expenses, well within the norm for our industry.
What should I do next.
If you have these fears do not hesitate to contact us, we will discuss all the options, so you know the costs and exactly what is involved.
